K&M Shillingford service and installation technicians visiting your home or business are taking every precaution to protect our customer's and staff's safety and health.

Here are some of the measures we are taking:

• Employees having any signs of sickness (fever, body aches, sore throat, etc.) must stay home.
• Employee must advise their immediate supervisor if they have been in the proximity of anyone suspected of having or confirmed with the virus with in the last 14 days, and to contact their physician.
• Enhanced sanitation and cleaning protocols within our office, fleet and warehouse.
• Technicians are equipped with protective equipment.
• Technicians are cleaning and disinfecting their tools, equipment, and vehicles daily.
• We've suspended all technician meetings and have limited their time in the warehouse.
• Anyone with the ability to perform their work remotely is working from home.
